Notes:
We are introducing our clients to the idea of a Project Review.
They are already doing some kind of Project Review, of course. But what we are suggesting is different and we are claiming there will be huge benefits in cost and schedule results. What we are asking is for them to give us a trial in a three-month 'feasibility' exercise. 
We are also asking them to help a local company to grow into a successful provider of the IPR service to clients in the local area.
There is also an opportunity, as the founding 'client', to take a part in the business for a revenue stream.
